Spike940 - here's a link to where I posted the code I used to dump the 103c firmware. Its pretty easy compared to the nightmare those people who had to use blinking LED's must have experienced.
Larry : The script I posted is for Canon Basic. DISKBOOT.BIN is the name for CHDK executable file, something entirely different. Store the script on your SD card with the file name = extend.m. You also need to format your card specially. Details are at http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/Canon_Basic
Also - you need to have the Write Protect tab on your SD card set to write protect position for CHDK to run. If you are using Canon Basic and want to write to the card ( i.e. rom dump ) then the write protect function needs to be off.
