Hi, can anyone suggest a build/firmware of any other model which I can directly try and test with this one without any coding. I am willing to try anything.

Each CHDK build is compiled for an exact camera and firmware version. You cannot use the CHDK build for any other camera in your camera unless it's the exact same model and firmware version. So there is nothing for you to try and test until CHDK is released for your camera model. Unless you like testing things that don't work that is. Sorry.
