A650is, In Av mode the default maximum shutter speed is only 1 second. Could this be increased for night work? Thanks.
Some cameras (G7+, et al.) have a ring around the four-direction control pad which makes navigation of the Canon menus much faster. However, you cannot use the control dial for CHDK menus. This would be a great feature for faster menu-moving.

Use custom settings for storing JPG in RAW+JPG
When using JPG only, S95 stores the image using custom settings, eg. contrast. When using RAW+JPG, the JPG ist stored using *default* settings.
So you don't get identical JPGs for modes JPG and RAW+JPG. Could CHDK change that behaviour?
