The Powershot SX150IS is the successor to the SX130IS.

CHDK for the Powershot SX150 is still alpha.

Some users have reported permanent camera damage which may be connected to CHDK, see Camera_failures_suspected_to_be_caused_by_CHDK#SX130 This is not certain, proceed at your own risk.

The default CHDK alt shortcut for this camera is PLAY. DISP or VIDEO may also be selected in CHDK options. A long press activates the original Canon firmware function.

NOTE In builds prior to 1765, the alt shortcut was FUNCSET+DISP

This camera is able to boot from FAT32 cards. Multipartition is not needed or supported.
