PowerShot SD30 DIGITAL ELPH / DIGITAL IXUS i zoom / IXY DIGITAL L3

The Ixus iZoom (Europe) / Powershot SD30 (North America) / IXY Digital L3 (Japan) is a 5.0 MP compact camera, released in August 2005.

CHDK is available for the Ixus iZoom / SD30 with firmware version 1.00G from the Download page

This 1.00G version also works on cameras with fw 1.00F ([1])

Firmware information

When getting the firmware version of this camera, besides requiring an empty file called "vers.req" on the memory card, the FUNC SET and FLASH buttons have to be pressed (unlike some other models).
